This schedule would allow a person to earn a Certificate in Christian Studies in 4 years, completing all the classes through HBBI. The plan as it is now (5 years between the two programs—Certificate in Christian Studies & Diploma in Ministry Training) leaves 6 classes of the Certificate to be complete in Independent Study.
Some thought and discussion has taken place on offering one class at a time for a longer time each night but fewer weeks. Therefore, the same amount of weeks could be used but only one class would be taken at a time.
